Overview
This course aims to provide participants with a framework for understanding the people involved in projects and equip them with the skills and knowledge to work most effectively with others. Without these key people skills project managers often fail.

Who is it for?
For managers and project leaders who are involved in projects. Participants should already have some awareness of project working and its challenges. Note: This course does not cover project planning tools and techniques and it does not assume any knowledge of these. These are covered in depth on the course effective project management: tools and techniques.
