Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Capita, or its agencies. One entry per person. Entries received from third parties or agents will not be entered into the prize draw.

2. Bookings must be made between 18 and 28 May, and 25% discount applies only to May and June 08 courses

3. All courses must be taken by the end of June 2008

4. Excludes IT and Prince 2 courses and Residential courses

5. Normal terms and conditions apply to free courses based on retail price.

6. Prize draw to take place on 13 June 2008 – and winners will be notified by email.

7. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

8. Capita Learning and Development’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply may be disqualified.

9. Capita Learning and Development reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
