Royal Mail appoints Capita Learning & Development as part of its strategy for employee development
Capita Learning & Development today announced that it has been selected as preferred supplier by the Royal Mail to provide open courses and
in-house training to its employees.
The in-house element of the contract means Capita Learning & Development will work with the Royal Mail to develop training programmes, providing employees with the necessary skills to address overall business objectives. Employees, including first and second line managers, will have access to a wide range of open courses, from advanced communication skills to handling people and difficult situations, which will help further cultivate key skills within the organisation.
