This qualification (AdCITOL) provides a professional foundation for experienced trainers who have, or are seeking, a position within the training profession which involves the formulation and implementation of policy.
The programme seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of a range of concepts relating to the role of training and development within organisations and also to develop skills that contribute to the success of the role.
This will enable delegates to enhance credibility and enable individuals to work confidently with their organisation or clients. It will provide a depth of knowledge and expertise to enable proactive contribution and support which adds real value to the organisation or client.
The content will develop specialist skills to increase confidence and impact at all levels, enabling specialists to ensure aligned integrated, effective and sustained learning and development interventions. It should enable individuals to develop their specialist careers
This programme is recommended for experienced learning and development practitioners, either internal to an organisation or external consultants, generalist learning practitioners, who wish to develop specialist skills in order to increase their confidence and impact at all levels
It is also for learning practitioners who are moving into the support and development of more senior organisational personnel and for those moving into more of a consultancy or business partner role.
