This qualification (CITOL) provides trainers and learning professionals with a broader range of knowledge and skills in order to operate as a rounded learning professional in the workplace. There will be many opportunities for skill development, as well as the acquisition of key models and frameworks of relevance to the professional trainer who is gaining influence in his or her organisation.
The Certificate will enable those employed in training, assessment or vocational education to gain entry into the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning as a Member and will provide a strong framework and understanding of learning and development for those new to a full time training role.
It will develop strong essential skills in the analysis, design and delivery of training to confidently apply within their role. It will enable the participant to design and deliver full training programmes and support learning & development activity that help to achieve organisational objectives.
