New Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law, accredited by the University of Glamorgan.
The Diploma follows directly on from the Postgraduate Certificate and will enable participants to build on practical experience with academic knowledge and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

Modules
The two substantial modules are:
- Concepts in Issues in Contemporary UK Employment Law covers
- EU Employment Law.
The secondary modules are:
- Regulation in a global economy (theory to teach regulation)
- Explores process of lawmaking
- Different forms of regulation
- Questions of enforcement and remedies
- Enables an evaluation of the nature and processes of regulation itself.
Method of Study
The method of study will consist of a two day intensive and interactive introduction to cover the practical elements of the course. Full support is offered thereafter through the open learning programme.
Attendance at the PEEL club is a perfect complement to the Postgraduate Diploma as it allows a “community” dimension to discuss related aspects and share best practice.
