The ILM Level 5 Award in Management is a flexible qualification that allows the delegate to choose the units most appropriate to their need. After attendance on the courses and the submission of an assignment, delegates will receive the Level 5 Award recognised as part of the National Qualifications Framework.
Delegates may choose from the following open courses to make up the required number of credits for the Level 5 Award.

Successful Supervisory Management - 3 Days or Effective Middle Management - 3 Days
Communication Skills for Managers - 2 Days or Project Management Tool and Techniques - 3 Days
Coaching Skills - 2 Days or Presentations Skills - 2 Days
Award Induction On-Line Assessment and Award from the ILM
Delegates may choose to go on any of the scheduled open course dates but must complete their choice of courses and assessment within one year of registering for the qualification. Successful completion of the qualification will gain 10 credits under the National Qualifications Framework.
