
Capita Learning & Development provided a Blended learning training solution for Network Rail.
Scope
CLD were appointed by Network Rail to provide a change management solution to support the implementation and roll out of a Corporate Content Management System. Capita were responsible for assessing the existing learning environment at Network Rail, and proposing and implementing an appropriate learning solution that would support the new approach to content management.
Scale
There are currently 200 users, and this will rise to 1,000 by the end of 2005. By 2007 there will be 15,000 staff users of the new system, operating across 150 individual business units.
Result
CLD developed a change management toolkit that supports change at both a corporate and business unit level. In addition, the blend of learning we are providing supports skills training, local facilitation of change, and the provision of on and off line core support materials.
