Learning and development tools and techniques

Action learning

Action learning deals with real problems and learning is based on grappling with real tasks. It provides for group reflection - learning with and from a group of others who are engaged in managing similar problems.

Action learning also establishes personal responsibility because the action learning set is different from a project team or a task force.
