Public Sector - Meeting the Challenges

Effective Minute Taking

Many minute-takers have had little or no training in minute taking and are asked to take on this important and skilful role with little guidance. This can at best be uncomfortable and at worst stressful. Minutes are a legal record of the business that took place. Therefore, it is important that the minute taker is confident and able to take down an accurate record and write this up effectively afterwards.
