Our emotional intelligence coaching course aims to cover: 

  • What are emotions and what effects do they have on us? 
  • What makes us think, feel and act the way we do? 
  • Recognising our emotions and how they impact on our behaviour 
  • Assessing current levels of emotional competence and areas we would like to handle better 
  • Exploring self-awareness - are we choosing our responses, or are they habitual? 
  • Exploring self-regulation - the importance of the physiological state on the psychological state and how to deal with disruptive emotions 
  • Exploring motivation - raising energy to achieve goals and maintaining energy through setbacks 
  • Exploring empathy - picking up on other emotions and tackling difficult subjects 
  • Status interplay - exploring our reactions to other people and theirs to us 
  • Developing emotional intelligence through practice sessions using actors for the added reality dimension 
  • Action planning.
For managers and other professionals who would like to deepen their knowledge and understanding of their own and other peoples' emotions, developing emotional intelligence in order to improve working relationships.

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
