Human Resources may appear, in some organisations, to lack commercial acumen. An effective business partner can ensure that this is not the case by breaking down barriers between the operational employees and the Human Resources function. This course will enable you to develop the required competencies required by this role.

Those who are new to or moving into the role of a Human Resources Business Partner and are looking for some hints and tips on how to manage key relationships. It is also suitable for those in senior posts who are considering moving to the business partnering model.
  • Partnering effectively and building internal client contracts
  • Understanding your own partnering style and receive feedback on how this can be developed
  • Compiling and presenting a business case for Human Resources
  • Human Resources roles in your business
  • Getting the most out of the wider HR team
  • How to build the partner relationship and keep it alive

  • Setting up and maintaining appropriate channels of communication with employees at all levels

  • Applying the learning and theory to reality – making change happen

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
