• May engage in some tasks performed by their fellow team members, but this is not their primary function

• Participants will attend existing Capita Learning & Development open courses that have been mapped to ILM units and will undertake relevant assessments, in the form of written assignments to gain this recognised qualification.
• The programme comprises a series of face-to-face courses. Delegates will need to complete sufficient modules to reach 4 credits under the national qualifications framework to qualify for the award.
• Following attendance on the courses, complete the written assessments for each module within 4 weeks of attending (these will be provided to you in the candidate handbook).

Open courses to attend:

• For the module “Solving Problems and Making Decisions” participants will be required to attend Creative Problem Solving and complete approximately 2 hours of additional reading that will be provided.
• For the module “Understanding leadership” participants will be required to attend New to Team Leadership”
