People in any role who want to dramatically improve their communication skills to generate outstanding personal impact making them more effective, positive and competent in business situations.
  • Recognise where you are holding yourself back, break through the self-imposed barriers that limit your success, neutralise fear and reignite your motivation to unleash your full potential
  • Simple but effective physical techniques to exude the confidence and energy to impact on and dynamise a room or meeting of any size
  • Understanding that the connection between posture and positive energy can create a commanding physical presence and let you hold the attention of any size audience 
  • Using your body language to create presence not arrogance
  • Deal with silence, attitude or arrogance and deliver your message calmly, clearly and effectively
  • Make your audience sit up and listen using the vocal techniques of the professional actor to dynamise any spoken message and using the power of the voice to deliver your key messages powerfully and speak with effective colour, conviction and passion to inspire and persuade
  • Overcome the self limiting beliefs which inhibit your success and discover what helps us fight for what we want to achieve

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
