Confidence can escape even the most capable of individuals. This course aims to build self confidence and self-esteem to improve resourcefulness, adaptability and determination for meeting challenges with enthusiasm.

  • Present your ideas and views with lasting impact by exerting your self confidence
People at all levels who need to develop the self confidence that will enable them to deliver with self assurance and passion.
  • What is confidence?
  • How can it be developed?
  • Self-esteem – what is it and where does it come from?
  • Understanding where doubt comes from and how to overcome them
  • Communication strategies – using body language and tone to develop confidence
  • How to use influencing and active listening techniques
  • Personal behaviour – recognising behavioural traits in others and yourself
  • Dealing with criticism and conflict assertively
  • Presenting your ideas and views to colleagues and managers with impact

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
