Situational Leadership® is one of the world’s most popular leadership models and is used by many organisations to build a high performance culture.

The basis of the Situational Leadership theory is that effective leadership is based on relating those skills to specific tasks. Therefore, the most successful leaders are those that adapt their leadership style to the individual or group they are attempting to lead/influence.

Situational Leadership helps leaders to accurately diagnose challenges and opportunities, adapt their response based on their diagnosis, communicate effectively during their response and advance (i.e. accelerate development and re-direct slippage/regression).

The Situational Leadership:Building Leaders training course is suitable for anyone who has a role where success depends on the power to influence and lead others to fulfil key objectives, whilst establishing the guidelines for ongoing success through effective leadership.

  • Your own 360 degree leadership style profile
  • How to apply Situational Leadership by:
    - Identifying the specific task for application of the Situational Leadership process
    - Accurately assessing the Performance Readiness® Level of the individual
    - Responding with the right leadership style and behaviours to meet the performance needs of the individual
    - Communicating the leadership response more effectively
    - Managing the movement of the individual through various levels of Performance Readiness

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
