Successful supervisory management review day

This course encourages delegates to review the foundation course they attended previously. This programme reviews learning experiences and addresses common areas of need. It reinvigorates participants and enables them to redefine their personal goals.

  • Share experiences and apply the learning from textbook to real life
  • Extend your knowledge of team building and identify what you can do to develop your team, identify your role in a team
  • Improve your skills in conducting and facilitating team meetings and identify what you can do to develop your own learning style
Participants who have attended Successful Supervisory Management. Delegates are encouraged to attend this follow-up two to three months after the original course.
  • Overview of the original course – what have you done? What do you need to do?
  • Action planning review
  • Surgery session addressing any outstanding problems and consolidate success
  • Practical tips for building and maintaining a team, team roles, what makes a great team, communicating with the team in meetings
  • Deciding on actions to reshape and reinvigorate your personal action plan

Payment:
Must be made in full no later than 14 working days prior to the course start date.

Transfers:
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
21+ working days before a course = 0% of the course fee
5-20 working days before a course = 50% of the course fee
1-4 working days before a course = 100% of the course fee

Substitute delegates:
You can transfer a place on a course to a substitute delegate free of charge.

Cancellations:
The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:
21+ working days before a course = 20%
1-20 working days before a course = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to courses@capita-ld.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
