You can book places on our courses in a number of simple ways:
Telephone
Call 0800 022 3410 to speak with our knowledgeable and experienced Sales Consultants who will be able to provide you with whatever information you need, and can book you onto your course.
Online
Simply choose the course, date and location that is best for you and click ‘book this course’. This will notify our Sales Consultants of your booking, and they will process the booking for you.
Email
You can email enquiries@capita-LD.co.uk with your preferred course and contact details and we will contact you to make your booking for you.

An automated email will be sent to you to confirm your booking, and you will also receive a call from one of our Sales Consultants to confirm your booking details and payment arrangements.

Once the booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be raised and will be sent to you in the post.

We have a number of training venues located nationwide. The venue will be confirmed 10 working days before the course is due to run. Once the venue has been confirmed, you will be sent notification by email.

We can provide information on local hotels and the best method of transport for you to take. Please note that we cannot book these on your behalf and are not part of the price of the course. However, our colleagues at Capita Business Travel are more than happy to take your bookings and advise you of the best hotels in the area. If you would like to take this option, you will need to:
1) Call 0871 521 9816 and select option 1
2) Announce that you would like to make a ‘Capext’ booking
3) Give the course name and reference number to the booker and say that they are attending a course booked by Capita Learning & Development
4) If you have a preferred hotel or area, please inform the booker and tell them how many nights you require
5) Allow the booker to take your credit card details, as all ‘Capext’ bookings need to be paid on departure and this will guarantee your reservation.

When we email you joining instructions 10 working days before the course, there will be a link to lead you to the Venue page on our website. Here, you will find full postal addresses and Google maps of our training venues.

Our dress code is smart/smart casual, but we like our delegates to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Most of our delegates wear casual business attire.

Lunch and refreshments will always be provided for you throughout the day. We will either provide you with a £5 lunch voucher or serve you a buffet at the training centre.

We ask that you call our Customer Contact Centre on 0800 022 3410 as soon as possible to inform us of your situation. Once we have informed the trainer of your absence, we will advise you of what to do next.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must call us first and then send us written confirmation. You can substitute your place with a colleague free of charge by calling us on 0800 022 3410.
If you would like to transfer your booking to another date or cancel it completely, there may be charges incurred. Please call our sales team on the number above for more information, or read our terms and conditions.

All delegates will be awarded with a certificate of attendance on the day.
