Insurance Services - Appraisal Skills, Performance Management
In 2005 & 2006, Capita Learning & Development worked with a large insurance company assisting managers in their appraisal of staff members. There had been no previous experience of formal training and there was an inconsistency in levels of performance management throughout the team.
In consultation with our client, we performed a full staff training needs analysis (TNA). As a result, it was decided that courses from our Open Course programme would meet the needs of the organisation.
We delivered a range of 1 day training events for up to 12 delegates with a total audience of 40 managers attending 2-4 training days. We also provided follow-up, one-to-one coaching sessions to evaluate all aspects of the process.
