This in house training course is designed for those in an organisation where imperative deadlines are key. With a focus on key areas such as work breakdown structure – allowing for tracking and measuring projects. Combined with Service Level Agreement and the Project Evaluation Review Techniques, delegates will be able to organise project factors such as risk, time, money and other resource implications.
