  • How can I be guaranteed quality delivery?

    Capita Learning & Development manages and monitors the quality of over £15 million of 3rd party spend on behalf of its clients, and as such we are experts at ensuring the required quality levels are always exceeded. Within all its contracts Capita Learning & Development operates to service level agreements, agreed with you, which are measured by stringent KPI regimes, regular reviews and a contracted governance model giving you visibility and reassurance.
  • Will it cost me more?

    No, in fact one of our strengths is delivering cost efficiencies whilst increasing control over spend, quality and flexibility. We typically introduce cost efficiencies of between 20% – 30% in the first year of service.

    - Capita owns the intellectual content (IP) to over 250 continuously market tested courses. These can be tailored (if required) to meet specific needs and as we own the IP, design and development time is drastically reduced which reduced the associated cost.
  • Do you ‘push’ your own courses?

    Our focus is on delivering quality learning mapped to the needs of your business. If our content is most appropriate then we will recommend it. If an alternative solution is required, we will recommend that; all the time you are in control. Our focus is on delivering the most appropriate solution based on your requirements and demands.
  • Are you vendor independent?

    We are vendor neutral rather than vendor independent as we do have our own delivery capacity. We partner with the industry’s leading professionals to deliver a massive range of requirements, and our focus is on your requirements first as that is how we maintain such a high retention rate with our clients.

    We normally assign an Account Manager to each account responsible for qualifying the business need with you. Depending on the scale of amy new requirements they can be subject to business case for approval and sign off by you.
