Different programmes will vary in how specific they define their start and/or end points, but the defining nature of a programme is this existence of start and end points and clear defined goals that will be accomplished. All our major programmes will have their own Business Continuity Plan (BCP), which will sit under the overall Development Solutions BCP, all of which are audited by Capita Group Risk and their BCP Manager. This ensures Capita Learning & Development not only follows the risk management processes within project and programme methodologies, but has plans in place to mitigate all major risks.
We will also communicate through a strict and pre-defined governance structure, that ensures risks and issues are correctly escalated to the relevant decision makers when necessary.
