The new ACAS Code, on which consultation ended recently, has been criticised for being too complicated and hard to understand by small businesses.
The new code could be accused of containing jargon but it is not outside the capabilities of small businesses to understand or define for themselves this jargon. The new ACAS Code is not even finalised yet – perhaps we should wait for the ink to dry before consigning it to the bin.
