Stuart Lowry is the Training Development Director for Capita Learning and Development. He is responsible for the design and delivery of Capita's training solutions and manages a team of 20 permanent trainers and a carefully selected pool of associate trainers.
Stuart has over 10 years training experience working for a wide variety of companies in both the public and private sectors, including Schering-Plough, Group 4 Securicor and UBS. Prior to training, Stuart enjoyed a highly successful sales career working in human resources solutions.
Stuart's approach to training centres on discovery based learning and encourages delegates to think, and pragmatically apply the learning to professional and personal situations. He has a passionate and entertaining style that encourages a friendly and memorable learning experience.

Liz Kemp is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified training consultant with 13 years experience of designing and delivering highly successful programmes.
A dynamic and enthusiastic deliverer, Liz generates commitment from her participants.She encourages a high level of participation using a variety of techniques including accelerated learning, solutions focus and theatre forum, to speed up learning and maximise enjoyment and outcomes. Liz is often asked to present at national conferences as a motivational speaker at venues such as Olympia, the NEC and the Royal Armouries.
Liz has provided professional expertise during live and pre-recorded radio interviews including Radio 5 Live.

Lee Mortimer worked for Barclays Bank, including 9 years as a Business Banking Relationship Manager, providing an insight across a range of industry sectors. Additionally, he spent 4 years with a national award winning training team at Barclays.
In his 4 years at Capita Learning & Development Lee has worked with a number of organisations on a range of training solutions for their staff. A very personable trainer, Lee provides a relaxed training environment for his delegates ensuring all feel able to contribute to group activities.
With proven experience in evaluating major training programmes, he understands the need for commercial payback on training.

Ailsa Sutcliffe is an experienced manager and learning consultant with over 15 years’ experience in developing and delivering learning solutions across the UK. Her style is that of facilitator; she generates ownership and commitment within the group that she is working with. Ailsa gets the best out of participants through a participative approach. She encourages them to plan how they can apply the theory in the workplace. With a strong belief in the value that individuals contribute to an organisation, Ailsa provides the opportunity and environment for individuals to recognise their potential to achieve results.
Ailsa also helps clients to design and introduce new policies and procedures, particularly in the areas of Performance management, 360° Feedback and Team briefing.

He then moved into the training arena, working for a highly successful training provider recognised by the National Training Awards for the standard and quality of training provided
John is an energetic and dynamic learning consultant; his delivery style is shaped by a strong belief in delegate participation and accelerated learning techniques. John’s key strengths lie in his ability to design and deliver engaging training that relies on a ‘do’ rather than ‘watch’ methodology that in turn enthuses delegates to not only embrace new concepts but also act upon them once back in the work environment.
