First line managers and supervisors are the key to achieving continued and heightened success in any organisation.

The first line managers programme assumes limited previous management or leadership background and develops progressively through a range of developmental tasks. Experienced facilitators are on hand at all times to coach, guide and support each individual’s development throughout the programme. Because effective management is largely about effective behaviours, the approach focuses upon applied, experiential learning followed by individual and group review and reinforcement.

The programme concludes with an extensive individual goal setting session, in which all delegates will make specific commitments to workplace application. The first line managers programmes will address issues of behaviour, skills and attitudes in a challenging, but supportive, environment.
