This programme will provide an experimental setting where participants feel comfortable experiencing new roles and new activities, ultimately developing a practical knowledge of personal contribution to team effectiveness.

Our Team development programme is ideal for those who wish to enhance their communication skills and be more comfortable sharing information and conveying feedback as well as those who
want to learn the importance of planning and careful time management, in order to deliver quality performance in a pressured
environment. Participants will understand the importance of trust and integrity in teams.
ObjectivesDepending on the start point of a particular team, by the end of the programme individuals will have achieved their key outcomes as selected from the following list:

- Built trust and broken down barriers
- Identified an individual’s value and role within the team, and the contribution each individual makes to overall team performance
