Team Start programme

Team Start Up is a fusion of tasks, projects and challenges that gives the opportunity to Kick Start that new team into performance. Building that new team is critical for your business.

The team will understand the fundamentals of team working whilst learning and sharing in a supportive environment.

Who will benefit from taking part?
From boardroom to shopfloor... New teams at all levels need to be up and running quickly – we will accelerate the process of turning a group of great individuals into a great team.

Anyone who is in or leading a new team and needs added momentum to the process will benefit from this Team Start programme.

Objectives
By the end of the programme individuals will have:

• An understanding of teamwork skills and an appreciation of team dynamics
• Identified and developed individual proficiencies enabling them to become effective team members
• Created a skill platform which will enable them to perform better back in the workplace
• Practised team skills through a variety of challenging exercises
• Established effective team processess
• Allocated roles and responsibilities according to skill
• Managed levels of motivation, team effectiveness and delivery of results
• Demonstrated the importance of formal action planning including the need to set targets, measure achievement and re-evaluate progress.

Booking information
Accommodation includes – single ensuite rooms, breakfast, lunch and evening meal, all necessary outdoor equipment and basic insurance.
N.B. Prices based on groups of 10. Smaller groups and Individual bookings for open programmes will incur a higher ‘per delegate’ fee
