Stuart Lowry is the Training Development Director for Capita Learning and Development. He is responsible for the design and delivery of Capita's training solutions and manages a team of 20 permanent trainers and a carefully selected pool of associate trainers.
Stuart has over 10 years training experience working for a wide variety of companies in both the public and private sectors, including Schering-Plough, Group 4 Securicor and UBS. Prior to training, Stuart enjoyed a highly successful sales career working in human resources solutions.

Liz Kemp is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified training consultant with 13 years experience of designing and delivering highly successful programmes.

Sara Nanayakkara is a CIPD qualified Learning Consultant with has 11 years multidisciplinary training experience in the hospitality, retail, corporate and public sector. Having worked as both front line and managerial level she is able to bring experience from all areas of work and the current issues facing the workplace to her programmes.

Tom Tamati is a dynamic and methodical learning consultant with over ten years of management and training experience. He has worked with national and international organisations in both private and public sectors.
From training in 1995, Tom moved into recruitment and later, organisational development. Since then he’s been involved in general HR and management development.
Whilst at Capita Learning & Development, Tom has worked with a number of organisations on a range of training solutions for their staff. Tom was recently engaged in a business transformation project with a local authority. This involved designing and delivering IT systems (SAP) and skills training to its core work streams: HR, Finance, Supplier & Customer Relationship Management and Real Estate. Tom’s delivery style involves facilitation and accelerated learning techniques, designed to maximise interaction and learning. |

James has always enjoyed a career in learning and development, having started out in the contact centre industry and then into consultancy. He has experience of both public and private sector organisations in the UK and in Europe.

David Soloman joined Capita L&D in July 2006, having spent six months working on the London Borough of Harrow SAP/Contact Centre project.
A trainer since 1980, David is a firm believer in simplicity, creativity and interaction; his courses are good-humoured, participative and behavioural.
David's training career began at Barclays Bank, he was Training Manager during a ten year spell at Reed Personnel, and, whilst freelancing, was an Associate Trainer for both Reed Training and Huthwaite International.
One of his highlights is the design and delivery of an induction training programme to the Parking Services industry: the effectiveness of which was recognised by a National Training Award for his client. |

Brian Bridges is a very experienced learning consultant with over 20 years experience of designing and delivering training solutions across the UK. He also has extensive management experience with over 10 years in various management positions in the clothing industry.
