CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership.
This Chartered Management Institute (CMI) diploma has been designed specifically by Capita (an approved Level 7 centre) to develop the key competencies required by a strategic manager in the modern workplace.
ISMM Level 2 Award in Basic Sales Skills
This qualification has been designed in conjunction with the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management – the professional body for sales people. It is designed to develop confidence through the use of proven and effective sales structures – ensuring that you cover all the client’s requirements and maximise the opportunity for the sale.
Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Communication Management
The programme comprises of an Induction day, four modules and a final project. Each module consists of a workshop (including expert speakers and topical case studies) and an assignment that participants can immediately apply at work. Participants will be expected to spend a total of two working weeks attending workshops spread over a twelve-month period. Participants will be assessed on the basis of all of the assignments and a final project.
Postgraduate Certificate in Managing Public Services
The Postgraduate Certificate in Managing Public Services, run in conjunction with Northumbria University - is a one year masters level award specifically aimed at professionals who work in central government or related public sector.
The programme is delivered by means of five one day interactive workshops followed by action learning activities, work based reflection and individual guidance tutorials, either face to face or via telephone/email.
Postgraduate Certificate in Employment Law
The certificate combines attendance at the PEEL (Personnel Experts in Employment Law) Club seminars with three written assignments, assessed by the University of Glamorgan. On successful completion and assessment, participants will be awarded the Postgraduate certificate in employment law. This provides 60 credits at masters (M) level.
With focus on contemporary issues, the practical application of Employment Law is the main emphasis for the course.
Certificate in Professional Administration
Administrators provide the backbone of the organisations and can deal with basic day-to-day issues and are the first point of contact for different departments within the organisation and for clients and suppliers. Training them to carry out their role effectively and confidently is essential. This programme provides an excellent foundation on which to build their skills and is accredited by the nationally recognised awarding body, ASET.
This programme is designed to improve the participants' professional and personal performance when operating either autonomously or as part of a team.
Diploma in Professional Administration
Experienced administrators can take a great deal of pressure off their managers by leading a team of administrators to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. They can delegate work, oversee the performance of their team, be the first point of contact when there is a problem and encourage effective teamwork.
ILM Level 5 Award in Management
The ILM Level 5 Award in Management is a flexible qualification that allows the delegate to choose the units most appropriate to their need. After attendance on the courses and the submission of an assignment, delegates will receive the Level 5 Award recognised as part of the National Qualifications Framework.
